Massage is provided to relax the muscles, promote circulation, and prepare the body for the binding. After that Bengkung cloth will be wrapped around your abdomen, ensuring proper technique and comfort.

3-5 days after baby is born. This is the ultimate time to
assess any concerns or questions with breastfeeding,
debrief from your labor, and assist with any additional
support you may need during this time.
